According to Mr. Li of Haikou, on the afternoon of June 18th, he drove his Wuling Fenguo car, which had been purchased for less than one year, to work in Changliu, Haikou. At about 3: 30 that afternoon, he parked his car at a monitored road. Two hours later, when Mr. Li was about to drive back, he found that the right front glass of the car was covered with "water droplets" and a hole was broken by gently rubbing the glass with his hand.
"At that time, I thought it was air-conditioned water, but I didn’t expect the glass to burst." Mr. Li said that the car glass was intact before parking, and he parked nearby for the first time, and the things in the car were not lost. Therefore, the possibility of man-made smashing cars does not exist. In order to find out the cause of the bursting of the automobile glass, Mr. Li called the police on the spot and found that no one else passed by when the glass burst, so he questioned the quality problems of the automobile glass itself.
Mr. Li believes that the quality problem of automobile glass leads to bursting, so the consequences should be borne by the automobile 4S shop. "My appeal is not excessive. Just give me free replacement of glass and film." Mr. Li said.
On the afternoon of June 20th, the reporter came to Wuling Automobile Haikou Liangju Huanchi Store to learn about the situation. Mr. Zhuo, the receptionist of the store, said that the after-sales manager was on a business trip. However, Mr. Li’s car glass burst was handled by him.
According to Mr. Zhuo, on the day of the incident, when he rushed to the scene to understand the situation, he noticed that there was an obvious "stress point" on the damaged glass.
