The main problems found are excessive pesticide residues, heavy metal pollution, excessive use of food additives, and substandard quality indicators. The General Administration of Market Supervision has instructed provincial-level market supervision departments such as Tianjin, Jilin, Fujian, Guangxi, Hainan, Guizhou and Yunnan to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the product flow, and urge enterprises to take measures such as recalling unqualified products from the shelves to control risks; Strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations according to law; Timely disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal of enterprises to the public, and report to the General Administration.
The specific situation of supervision and sampling of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:
First, the problem of pesticide residues exceeding the standard
(1) Cowpea sold by Changxindian Store of Changchun Eurasia Supermarket Chain Store Co., Ltd. in Jilin Province and from HanWenjun Vegetable Wholesale in Kuancheng District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, in which omethoate residue does not meet the national food safety standards. (2) The water ginger sold by Haiken Store of Hainan Wangjiawang Trading Co., Ltd. from Garlic Wholesale Bank of Longhua Yu Road, Haikou, Hainan Province, in which the residue of clothianidin does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Jiangxi Food Inspection and Testing Institute.
Second, the heavy metal pollution problem
(1) The old ginger from Guizhou Qianzhijun Agricultural Products Trading Co., Ltd., which was sub-packaged and sold by Changling North Road Branch of Guizhou Xinghe Zongheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., was found by Jilin Food Inspection Institute that the detected value of lead (calculated by Pb) did not meet the national food safety standards. Guizhou Xinghe Zongheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. Changling North Road Branch objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; After re-inspection by Jilin Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the preliminary inspection conclusion was maintained.
(2) The day lily sold by Longlifen Department Store in Pingguo City, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and from Kunzhen Condiment Business Department in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in which the detected value of lead (in Pb) does not meet the national food safety standards. Third, the problem of excessive use of food additives

Fourth, the quality index is not up to standard
