Warrior 917 opened its first pre-sale at this auto show, with a price range of 700,000-1.6 million yuan, and a limited sale of 1,687 units in 2023. It is reported that the new car will be officially listed in the second half of this year and delivered to users one after another.
Warrior Technology is a luxury electric off-road brand under Dongfeng Group. This is also its first appearance at a large-scale international auto show, bringing three models: 917 pure electric version, Warrior 917 extended range version and Warrior 917 official reform pilot version.
Warrior 917′ s huge figure and tough guy appearance are its most eye-catching focus. Its exterior design adopts the concept of "bold design", which is taken from the elements of lion awakening in the East, trapezoidal lion-roaring array grille, cross target headlights, tail lights behind the sword finger sky, fierce front face and tall and mighty body, which is very hard-core.
It is not only a tough appearance, but also the first mass-produced landing model of M TECH Warrior’s intelligent off-road architecture. Warrior 917 is equipped with three technologies, including MORA Warrior skateboard off-road platform, MEGA POWER Warrior Power and Warriors off-road all-terrain intelligent solution M ATS. Among them, MORA Warrior skateboarding cross-country platform is the first electric cross-country skateboarding platform in China, which supports pure electric and extended range power modes. The pure electric version of the Warrior 917 is driven by front and rear four motors, which can achieve a power output of more than 1,000 horsepower, while the extended-range version of the three motors with a 1.5T range extender can also achieve a comprehensive power of over 800 horsepower.
With the blessing of MEGA POWER Bravissimo Power, Bravissimo 917 adopted the world’s first two-speed gearbox with integrated differential lock, and it only took 4.2 seconds to accelerate at zero speed. The warrior off-road all-terrain intelligent solution M ATS integrates five off-road driving modes: snow, mud, sand, rock and wading, which can be selected according to different road conditions.
In addition, Warrior 917 is also equipped with the Oriental Hawkeye UAV system, which has the function of road monitoring, can survey environmental information such as road topography, slope and angle, and supports synchronous intelligent path planning. It also has the mounting capacity of 3 kg, bringing new gameplay to camping, cross-country and crossing.
It is reported that Warriors will introduce a new retail sales model in the future, create two channel forms of Warriors Experience Center and Warriors Experience Store, and gradually expand the marketing channels of Warriors Technology. With the world premiere of the first model, Warrior 917, Dongfeng will usher in a brand-new stage of brand development and open up new market segments with its unique off-road ecology and sales model.
